Clare recently asked fans on Facebook & Twitter which song they would like to see from her debut album ‘Light After Dark’, to be released as the next single.
Fans have voted overwhelmingly for ‘The Shield and the Sword’ and therefore Clare has announced this will be the next track released!
The Shield & The Sword will be out 9 May.

Clare’s highly anticipated debut album ‘Light After Dark’ has been released today and you can get your copy from iTunes, HMV, Play.com and Amazon now.
Great news is even if you didn’t pre-order your copy from iTunes you can still get the two exclusive tracks - the Breakage remix of ‘Aint Nobody’ and ‘Burn’, plus the bonus track ‘Lucky’ when you download it.

Clare’s brilliant performance of The Last Dance will be aired on T4 this Sunday at 12:45pm. Clare has done a number of TV apperances in the last few weeks, including C4’s Sounds of The City show which you can watch on 4OD, plus you can also stream Clare’s performance on The Chart Show Spotlight and interview on BBC Breakfast.
